About London Finance Hub
London Finance Hub is led by Samir Patel, a mortgage adviser with experience supporting clients with residential and buy-to-let mortgages since 2014.
Samir began his career working within the banking sector, including experience at Lloyds Bank plc, where he supported clients with mortgage and protection needs. He later worked within the Openwork network before establishing London Finance Hub, the trading name of Global Finance Hub Ltd, which is directly authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Samir is a CeMAP-qualified mortgage adviser with an academic background in finance. He holds a Master’s degree (MSc) in Finance from the University of Winchester and the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) from CFA UK.
While these qualifications provide Samir with a broad understanding of financial markets and financial analysis, his role at London Finance Hub focuses on providing mortgage and protection advice to clients in the UK property market.
His academic background and professional experience support a structured and careful approach when helping clients understand their mortgage options and the lending criteria applied by different lenders.
Since 2014, he has supported a wide range of clients including first-time buyers, homeowners and property investors, providing guidance on residential mortgages, remortgages, buy-to-let mortgages and protection planning.
